Cuny Proficiency Exam

Got my CPE results back today. Failed it. I wondered who graded my test. It basically consist of selections and graphs in where you have to compare and then state you opinion. I never think people can grade you in anything you write, especially when it comes to expressing your own opinion. If it doesn't make sense to certain people then they should just pass the work on to someone else who can read and understand it. I think here in the 21st century, people write a lot of bogus stuff and they get paid millions of dollars and get a lot of recognition. The reason is certain amount of people liked what they wrote and find it interesting. Just seeing what I got makes me so upset. If it was math or any kind of subject when you get a wrong or write answer, then yes I will understand and be humble. So what do guys think: should people grade you on an essay where you voice your opinion?
